Welcome to Product Pro

When we first set up Product Pro the aim was simple, we asked ourselves:

“What can we supply to our customers that’s different in terms of service, quality and value for money?"

We had heard and read about all the poor service many had suffered online. Poor quality items with no recourse. Bad, if any customer service and a general feeling of “Hopefully we will not get ripped off this time.” Therefore, the first step was easy; to provide a customer service response that is second to none.

We have always believed that customer service is as much of a product as the items that we sell themselves. Because of this, we have a dedicated team, available to you several days a week (ok, so we might take a bit more time on the weekends, but we’re still here). Whether you want advice on an item, are chasing an order or maybe something has not gone to plan (it happens!) you can contact us and get a reply normally within minutes. After all, things do go wrong at times but how we are dealt with is what we remember.

The second part was the goods themselves. We started off with one question;

“Would we buy it?”

If the answer was no, then it got binned but if we put our hands in our pockets we believed it would be good enough for you, our customers.

"So what does Product Pro supply?"

An easier question might be what don’t we provide? At first, we started with a simple range of disposable glasses, which, has developed into a range of biodegradable glasses, along with a very user friendly and economical selection of reusables.

From these small beginnings we now have over 16 product areas with individual categories within them! That adds up to over 17,500 items! Now, we have to stress they are not all on here yet, but - we are working on it.
